About the Artist
CASSCVISION
Cassandra Carrillo is an LA-based Artist working as a painter, graphic designer, muralist,
and sculptor. By fusing her education in character animation with her love for the
metaphysical, she has created an art form of satirical portraiture that exhibits spiritual
duality. She continues to feature artwork in galleries across California and collaborates with
local artists in new mediums.
Her Artwork consists of creepy, surreal creatures painted in bright, whimsical colors that
deliver a juxtaposed image of dark subject matter displayed in cartoony and playful colors.
A Message the Artist hopes the viewers take from her Artwork:
“I hope viewers get inspired by just how limitless imagination can be. I like making surrealism and original creatures because never-before-seen images are more than just fun visuals - they represent moments of discovery, newness, growth, and the ongoing expansion of knowledge.”
